Friday 8th January 2021January Kicks off with plenty of activity
A busy start to 2021 for BRM
No rest for us through Christmas and New Year – the marine industry never sleeps and BRM is here to assist our Clients 365/24/7.
We have been attending at SHI for the FLNG Coral MWS, Captain Moon has overseen the load-in and installation of the Flare Tower and then the vessel movement within SHI. I have been attending for the Load-in of the Upper Turret Module (UTM) and Swivel Access Structure (SAS). All carried out in sub-zero temperatures and against exceptionally fine installation tolerances. Using an 8000 Ton SWL Floating Crane and 1250 Ton SWL shackles, we (SHI) have successfully installed these 1000’s of Tons and multi-million-dollar ($) modules within millimeter accuracy.
We are attending in HHI for more MWS work through January as well.
We are also attending to two separate Fire Damaged vessels on behalf of the Insurers.
