Hull No 2464 Naming Ceremony and Delivery 1st October 2018

The 294 m long, 174,000 m3, MAN ME-GI powered, NO96 GW, LNGC was named ‘KINISIS’ by Mrs Marietta Chandris. ‘Kinisis’ means ‘movement’ in Greek. She joins her Sister vessel ‘PATRIS’ in to service with K-Line as Technical Managers and Chandris as majority owners.

Broadreach Marine have provided Plan Approval and Site Team Management over the past 2 ½ years to the project. Both ships delivered on time, on spec and on budget.

The Plan Approval / Site Team have performed exceptionally well working with the latest innovative technology developments and delivered the two vessels in 47,900 manhours with no HSE LTI’s. We thank DSME for their professional, diligent and cooperative approach to working with us and the final delivery of two of the most hi-tech and capable LNG vessels in the world.

We are delighted to deliver this latest vessel to the Owners and wish her and the Crew safe and prosperous sailing.
